You can register for a class in one of the following methods:

You will receive a confirmation by e-mail after completing your registration and providing course details such as course name, location, date, and class start times. If you do not receive a confirmation by e-mail, please contact our office immediately.

After you complete your registration, you may print an invoice for the training for your records. We accept American Express, MasterCard, and VISA in addition to purchase order. Payment of the invoice is required five (5) working days prior to the date of training. Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you cannot attend a class, you can elect to:

  • reschedule to another date
  • substitute another person from your organization to attend in your place, or
  • receive a full refund of course fees. We must receive notice of the cancellation at least five (5) working days before the start date of the course to be eligible for a refund.

We make every effort to run our classes as scheduled. However, we do reserve the right to cancel classes if we do not have at least two students registered for a class. If we cancel a course, we will refund your money in full or allow you to attend the class the following month. Occasionally, we may even hold the class for a single student, but the length of the class will be shorter because more material can be covered in less time. This arrangement must be approved in advance by the attendee.
