Designed and developed online documentation and training for Hewlett Packard's
Small Business Communications Server system (SBCS). The CD-ROM contained
online documentation, training materials, and links to other resources.

Nortel Networks
Lead developer and project manager for the conversion of the commercial
CD-ROM for Northern Telecom's Norstar telephone system from English to
Canadian French. The CD-ROM contained over 500 audio strings, text and
images to be converted.

Designed, developed, and managed the development of the online documentation
and training for Nortel Networks Small Business Communications Server
system (SBCS). The CD-ROM contained music, narration, movies, graphics,
text, and simulations of operating procedures. It was developed using
Macromedia's Authorware.

Developed a CD-ROM for Tomball College for the educational grant "Project
Connect. The CD-ROM served as a reference and training tool for professors
teaching online or distance learning classes. The CD contains simulations
for creating a Web page, adding links to other locations, and resizing
graphics in Netscape Composer. It was developed using Macromedia's Authorware.

Network software using HTML 3.2. Wrote technical documentation for the
translation of the software product to foreign languages.

Developed a commercial CD-ROM for public sale of Plaid's products
on Decorative Painting. The CD-ROM contained music, narration, movies,
graphics, and text. It was developed using Macromedia's Authorware.
Flowtronex International
Developed sales Kiosk using Macromedia Authorware for Flowtronex International's
presentation of new products at trade shows.
United Defense
Designed and developed using Authorware a concept prototype of an
EPSS system for the Army's Self-Propelled Howitzer. Designed the user
interface through use case development.

Designed and developed an online Employee Handbook using Macromedia's
Authorware for global distribution via CD-ROM among GTE employees.
Ryder Systems, Inc.
Developed a six-hour course on Managing the Profit and Loss
using Macromedia's Authorware. The course included performance tracking,
book marking, and installation procedures.
Budget Rent-a-Car
Manage the development of 28 hours of performance-based, criterion
referenced instruction, delivered through multimedia training using both
Authorware for the Macintosh and SuperCard. The course is designed to
train 600 reservation agents on a new reservation system.
DacEasy Accounting, Inc.
Design and development of a one-hour tutorial and performance support
tool for DacEasy Accounting software using Authorware Professional for
Windows and Visual Basics. The tutorial is bundled with the software and
sold with the application.

Design and development of a ten-hour multimedia course on Troubleshooting
in the ESCON Environment for service technicians.

Converted one hour of computer-based training on Options Trading for
Relationship Managers from KnowledgeTool on the NeXt platform to Authorware

Multimedia Marketing, Inc.
Develop and manage the development of a series of multimedia courses
for health care providers that satisfied OSHA requirements. All of the
courses were developed using Authorware Professional for Windows.
Chicago Research and Trading
Designed and developed one hour of multimedia training on the Next
platform using KnowledgeTool. The course provided training on a software
application called the Compositor, which allowed the Relationship Managers
to provide better information to their customers on options trading.

Developed an instructor-based course on Business Basics that provided
employees with the fundamental knowledge and skills of business to become
empowered and self-managed employees.
Greyhound Lines, Inc.
Analyze, design, and develop instructor-based training and computer-based
training for an online reservation system for multiple audiences to be
implemented in 2,000 sites throughout the United States. The course was
developed using Authorware Professional for Windows.
