Hewlett Packard

Designed and developed online documentation and training for Hewlett Packard's Small Business Communications Server system (SBCS). The CD-ROM contained online documentation, training materials, and links to other resources.

Nortel Networks
Lead developer and project manager for the conversion of the commercial CD-ROM for Northern Telecom's Norstar telephone system from English to Canadian French. The CD-ROM contained over 500 audio strings, text and images to be converted.

Team Tech International
Designed, developed, and managed the development of the online documentation and training for Nortel Networks Small Business Communications Server system (SBCS). The CD-ROM contained music, narration, movies, graphics, text, and simulations of operating procedures.

IBM
Consulted in the design and development of a new user interface for IBM's Health Data Network software using HTML 3.2. Wrote technical documentation for the translation of the software product to foreign languages.

Team Tech International

Developed sales Kiosk for Flowtronex International's presentation of new products at trade shows.

United Defense
Designed and developed a concept prototype of an EPSS system for the Army's Self-Propelled Howitzer. Designed the user interface through use case development.

Ryder Systems, Inc.

Developed a six-hour course on Managing the Profit and Loss. The course included performance tracking, book marking, and installation procedures.
