Prerequisite Knowledge:

To gain the most from this class, you should already have:

  • A familiarity with Web terminology
  • An understanding of Web server characteristics
  • Experience with the HTML tag set and syntax
  • Familiarity with the SQL command set, including SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, and DELETE

Course Materials: Each learner will receive the training manual that lists step-by-step procedures and shortcuts to complete the skills taught in the course. The material presented in the course is documented in the manual so that note taking during the course is minimized and each learner can focus on the material being presented.

Carrie Fields is a graduate of the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas with a degree in Management Information Systems. She is a Certified Macromedia Instructor (CMI) and has a unique combination of technical and artistic design skills. She has extensive experience with ColdFusion, Dreamweaver, Dreamweaver UltraDev, and Flash. She has worked on projects with clients that include The University of Texas, Prodigy Communications, David J. Amy, Associate AIA, PGG Benefit Solutions, and e-screening.com.
